Attorney—George Gascón—who framed me for a fatal bicycle/pedestrian accident in 2013, is now running for DA in Los Angeles as a Democrat. (More on my story in the comments.) Gascón gives lip service to a liberal criminal justice reform platform, but was a Republican, has no experience as a lawyer (33 years as a cop, including LA's chief of police, and *has never actually tried a case*), has made racist comments about blacks and Muslims, and has never prosecuted any of the officers involved in SF's fatal police shootings. His record is rife with corruption—going way beyond making false statements to the media about me, intentionally falsifying video evidence, and strong-arming me into a conviction to "send a message" to the cycling community. Rachel Rossi is running for LA's DA on a similar platform, but as a lifelong liberal, a progressive reform candidate, and an actual practicing attorney (state and federal public defender). I created the page Liberals Against Gascón, to share more about my many ethical concerns with this career politician, who clearly has his sights on higher office. I ask that you visit the page and follow up with any questions or concerns you may have about my research. And if you agree with me, I ask that you Like and Share this page far and wide, especially with registered voters in Los Angeles county. Election Day is March 3rd, 2020. [For full disclosure: I am registered NPP, but I support most liberal/progressive candidates and policies, and I have self-funded all of this research. I am not affiliated with any campaign, corporation, PAC, or other political organization and the views expressed herein are my own.]
